Compensation: AED 18,000 – 50,000 / month
Requirements:
1. Crypto Industry Experience
•Previous experience in the Crypto, Blockchain, Forex, or digital asset industry is required.
•Strong understanding of the cryptocurrency trading market and the business models of major trading platforms.
2. Futures Trading Experience
•Strong understanding of both spot and futures trading products.
•Solid knowledge of futures, leverage, perpetual contracts, and copy-trading products.
•Hands-on experience in futures trading, futures signal services, or copy trading is highly preferred.
3. Team Management Experience
•Experience managing trading, BD, Affiliate, or community teams is preferred.
•Strong capabilities in team building, staff training, and team operations are required.
•Ability to independently set team objectives and drive the team toward performance targets.
4. CEX Experience Preferred
•Candidates with experience at major centralized exchanges (CEXs) will be given priority.
•Experience in CEX Futures BD, BD, Affiliate Management, KOL Management, or trading teams is highly preferred.
5. Industry Resource Requirements
•Candidates with established futures trading user resources are highly preferred.
•Candidates with large KOL, IB, or Affiliate networks are highly preferred.
•Candidates with established relationships with trading academies, trading communities, or copy-trading teams are highly preferred.
•Candidates with partner resources capable of generating monthly trading volumes in the tens of millions of US dollars will receive priority consideration.
•Candidates with proven experience managing large-scale IB or Affiliate networks are highly preferred.
