About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and technically strong Technical Sales Support Professional (TIP Consultant) to support the development of Siemens solutions within the Kazakhstan power infrastructure market. In this role, you will work closely with design institutes, consultants, and engineering companies, promoting Siemens technologies in relay protection, automation, and power distribution systems from the early design stages through project realization.
Responsibilities
•Provide technical support to design organizations in the fields of Relay Protection & Automation (RPA) and Power Distribution Systems.
•Visit and engage with design institutes and engineering companies to identify new opportunities and influence projects at the pre-sales stage.
•Develop and maintain a database of design and consulting organizations across Kazakhstan.
•Promote and integrate Siemens solutions into project and design documentation.
•Develop conceptual power supply system solutions using Siemens engineering tools and methodologies.
•Prepare single-line diagrams, equipment selection, and technical concepts for customer projects.
•Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and training sessions for design organizations.
•Coordinate cooperation with JSC KazNIISA to ensure Siemens equipment is included and maintained in the AGSK catalog.
•Support registration and inclusion of Siemens products in national and industry-related product catalogs.
•Collaborate with sales, technical, and commercial teams to drive project specification and business growth.
•Maintain project pipeline visibility and provide regular activity and project reports.
Requirements
•Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Engineering, Automation, Electronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
•Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical engineering, power distribution, protection & automation, design engineering, commissioning, or technical sales.
•Strong understanding of Low- and medium-voltage power distribution systems.
•Strong understanding of Relay protection and automation solutions.
•Strong understanding of Power system design principles.
•Strong understanding of Electrical standards and engineering documentation.
•Strong technical and analytical skills.

Nice to Have
•Experience working with design institutes, EPCs, consultants, or end customers is highly desirable.
•Experience with engineering software such as SIMARIS will be an advantage.
•Kazakh and English proficiency are considered advantages.
