Nebius is a technology company building full-stack infrastructure for AI practitioners worldwide. We design and operate large-scale GPU cloud platforms, data centers, and software that enable customers to train and run AI workloads efficiently.
We are looking for a Technical Program Manager to drive complex, cross-functional programs across our AI infrastructure organization. You will partner with engineering, product, operations, and leadership to deliver platform capabilities on schedule while managing risks, dependencies, and stakeholder alignment.
What you'll do
•Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure programs spanning compute, networking, storage, and platform services
•Define program goals, milestones, success metrics, and communication plans across distributed teams
•Identify and mitigate technical and operational risks; escalate and resolve blockers with engineering and leadership
•Coordinate launches with data center operations, reliability, security, and customer-facing teams
•Improve planning processes, tooling, and reporting for portfolio visibility and predictable execution
What we're looking for
•5+ years of experience in technical program management, engineering management, or related roles in cloud, infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems
•Strong technical depth; ability to engage credibly with software and hardware engineering teams
•Excellent written and verbal communication; experience working with senior stakeholders
•Proven track record delivering multi-quarter programs in fast-paced environments
•Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
Nice to have
•Experience with GPU clusters, HPC, or AI/ML infrastructure
•Familiarity with data center build-out, capacity planning, or supply chain coordination
•Background in SRE, platform engineering, or cloud provider operations
