Responsibilities
•Own end-to-end product delivery within the squad
•Participate in system design for new solutions, changes, and product integrations
•Partner with the Product Owner in quarterly planning, balancing business priorities, technical initiatives, dependencies, and product reliability
•Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments while managing technical risks, dependencies, and blockers
•Ensure product reliability in production, including incident response, root cause analysis, and resolution of underlying issues
•Ensure adherence to PDLC/SDLC processes throughout development and delivery
•Drive technical decomposition of requirements with the Product Owner and IT BA
•Coordinate technical activities across Backend, Frontend/Mobile, QA, DevOps, and IT BA
Requirements
•Strong technical background in Java/Spring Boot or C#/.NET
•Strong knowledge of system design and distributed/microservice architectures
•Hands-on experience with Kafka and/or RabbitMQ
•Experience with relational databases and NoSQL
•Good understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD
•Understanding of reliability, monitoring, observability, and incident management
•Strong understanding of algorithms and data structures
•Experience working in cross-functional Agile teams
•Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills
•Highly organized, responsible, and detail-oriented
•Azerbaijani and English language skills
•Minimum 1 year of experience as a Tech Lead, or experience as a Senior Engineer with responsibility for end-to-end delivery of a squad/product
