Responsibilities
•Structure complex business problems, formulate hypotheses, and design analytical approaches
•Conduct in-depth analyses of large, multidimensional datasets
•Identify and interpret trends, risks, performance indicators, and anomalies in a business context
•Support decision-making by preparing alternative scenarios and what-if analyses
•Formulate recommendations for strategic and tactical decisions and present findings clearly
•Prepare management and executive-level reports and dashboards based on statistical and analytical results
Requirements
•Advanced SQL and strong data analysis skills
•Strong BI, dashboarding, and data visualization capabilities
•Deep understanding of insurance metrics such as premiums, claims, loss ratios, churn, and profitability
•Knowledge of statistics, forecasting, and KPI design frameworks
•Ability to turn analysis into clear executive-level insights and recommendations
•Understanding of data governance, metric catalogs, and data security concepts
•Strong analytical storytelling, business communication, and stakeholder management skills
•Result-oriented mindset, agility, team-building, management, and coordination skills
•Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field
•Over 4 years of experience in business analytics, financial analytics, strategy analytics, BI, or management reporting
•Azerbaijani and English language skills
Nice to have
•Certifications in Power BI/Tableau, SQL, data analytics, financial analysis, or business intelligence
