About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst and Tester to join the ARD Systems team and help deliver and enhance a variety of solutions centred primarily around Salesforce and Marketing Cloud for our Lifelong Learning Service. ARD Systems is the largest Business Led Technology team at LSE, and the largest IT development group Schoolwide.
Responsibilities
The postholder will lead a user experience and quality assurance centric approach to converting business requirements to artefacts required to enable project delivery and continuous improvement.
Requirements
•Extensive experience of either business analysis, testing analysis, or both, in the context of large scale business systems change.
•Excellent interpersonal skills including problem solving and excellent communication skills.
Desirable
•Experience of SITS, Salesforce, and the Agile methodology are desirable.
Conditions
•14 month fixed-term contract or secondment opportunity.
•Salary from £59,949 to £68,160 pa inclusive, with a potential to progress to £75,073 pa inclusive of London allowance (inclusive of a market supplement of £6,000 pa which is periodically reviewed).
