Job Description
•Collecting and organizing technical and functional user requirements to aid in the development of a technical solution.
•Assist the architect in design, development, testing, and the delivery of IT infrastructure solutions.
•Engagement in a project from initial concept through solution delivery.
•Support efforts by going through standard checklists and document integration of all core/shared infrastructure services prior to deployment on the production environment in predetermined standard formats.
•Analyze and identify impact to integrations with other applications as a result of the deployment of the new application so that appropriate actions can be determined.
•Outlines operational and implementation challenges and aid efforts to mitigate potential risks.
•Evaluates existing enhancement requests which can be incorporated into current projects.
•Supplements requirements with workflow diagrams and efficiently updates documentation throughout review cycles.
•Provides consistent feedback of project status to Project Manager.
•Install, configure, and maintain network and server infrastructure systems.
•Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues as needed.
•Ensure security and compliance of infrastructure services.
•Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve technical problems and implement solutions.
•Document procedures and configurations for infrastructure services.
