Job Description
•Lead and mentor a team of UX designers
•Define and drive the overall user experience design strategy
•Collaborate with product managers and engineers to gather requirements and iterate on design solutions
•Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
•Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for digital products
•Ensure consistency and quality of design deliverables across projects
•Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design
