Tasks
•You are responsible for your own vacancies, mainly in Sales (e.g. Sales Representatives, Account Executives, Team Leads) — from the kick-off with the Hiring Manager to the signed contract.
•You go where the talent is. You build talent pools for locations across Germany — including for career changers — through LinkedIn, XING, social media and direct outreach.
•You support candidates through the process with care and speed, making sure no one feels lost in the funnel.
•You advise our Hiring Managers as an equal partner on role profiles, structured interviews and quick decisions.
•You work meticulously in Ashby, keep an eye on your pipeline and KPIs (e.g. Time-to-Hire, conversion at each stage) and use them to identify improvements.
•You contribute your own ideas for employer branding, job ads or new sourcing channels, and are keen to help shape the transition into hyper-growth.
Requirements
•You have several years of recruiting experience — ideally at a start-up or scale-up — and have already filled Sales roles.
•You know the tricks of modern active sourcing and write outreach messages that get people to respond.
•You speak fluent German and confident English, and can inspire people with a vision.
•You love a fast pace, set yourself ambitious goals and stay on top of things even when managing many processes in parallel.
•You want to learn every day, seek feedback and share your knowledge with the team.
•You enjoy working with an ATS (ideally Ashby) and digital tools.
Nice to have: Experience with AI in recruiting is a plus.
