About the Role

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Parque das Nações, at a leading client, to take responsibility for attracting and selecting talent for corporate roles. You will play a key role in identifying and attracting the best talent, directly contributing to the achievement of the client's hiring objectives.
Responsibilities
•Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for corporate roles.
•Conduct briefings with hiring managers to define profiles and recruitment strategies.
•Develop sourcing initiatives through different talent channels and tools.
•Conduct selection interviews and assess competencies.
•Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
•Support managers in decision-making through well-founded recommendations.
Requirements
•Previous experience in recruitment and selection, preferably for corporate roles.
•Strong sourcing and talent identification skills.
•Excellent communication skills.
•Consultative, client-oriented profile.
•Results-oriented and focused on meeting objectives.
•Good knowledge of English.
