Responsibilities:
•Support the hiring process for employees across Europe, focusing on coordination, planning, and scheduling
•Learn to use the ATS and other resources to improve recruiting KPIs, process quality, and candidate experience
•Learn to assess candidates' fit for roles based on their profiles and interview performance
•Progressively manage end-to-end hiring processes for a number of intern openings
•Train to become a trusted interviewer for internship roles across commercial, operational, and product teams
•Collaborate with a multicultural team and a variety of senior stakeholders
Requirements:
•Available to start on November 1, 2026
•Detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in communication, collaboration, and interpersonal interactions
•Knowledgeable in MS Office, particularly Excel
•Critical thinking and a continuous improvement approach to day-to-day tasks
•People-oriented and comfortable collaborating with multiple stakeholders
•Able to create structure, execute hands-on, solve problems, and focus on results
•Currently completing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, Management, or an equivalent field
•Fluent in English
