Responsibilities
•Own and drive the full-lifecycle recruiting process for diverse business departments
•Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent and keep our hiring pipeline robust
•Collaborate closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, align on candidate profiles, and secure the best market talent
•Actively hunt for passive candidates via platforms like LinkedIn, building a sustainable and engaged talent pipeline for current and future needs
•Conduct structured interviews and lead candidate debriefs to rigorously evaluate both technical capabilities and cultural fit
•Represent the company at recruitment events and actively drive initiatives to strengthen our employer brand internally and externally
•Leverage recruitment data and market analytics to derive actionable insights, optimize talent acquisition funnels, and drive data-informed hiring decisions alongside key stakeholders
Requirements
•Proven track record and solid professional experience in full-lifecycle talent acquisition
•Completed university degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field
•Outstanding organizational skills combined with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
•Strong ability to prioritize effectively under pressure, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and proactively solve complex challenges
•Business fluent in both German and English (written and spoken)
