Responsibilities
•Provide technical support for approximately 300 employees and contractors
•Ensure the security and reliability of approximately 300 Apple devices and 20–30 Windows and Android devices
•Manage team members' identities and access, including onboarding and offboarding
•Participate in SaaS tools procurement and inventory management
•Participate in hardware equipment procurement and inventory management
•Build and maintain the Internal IT knowledge base
•Address potential and actual security breaches, escalating or resolving them upon discovery
•Develop automated solutions as the company grows, including onboarding and offboarding
•Help shape Internal IT processes and structure
Requirements
•3+ years of experience with MDM for macOS on 300+ devices
•3+ years of experience managing Google Workspaces, Slack, Entra ID, Jira, Confluence, Cloudflare Zero Trust, or similar services
•Understanding of identity and access management in SaaS-heavy environments
•Knowledge of network basics, including static routing, switching, core protocols, and wireless
•Experience with infrastructure as code; VPN configuration is defined in Terraform
•Programming experience with JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
•Comfortable communicating with diverse groups across the company
•At least 6 hours of overlap with the office timezone in Cyprus
Nice to have
•Deep macOS knowledge, including hardening, CLI tools, and specific setups such as always-on VPN
•Deep Windows knowledge, including internals, enrollment methods, security hardening, and troubleshooting
•Experience with EDR solutions, RBI or VDI solutions, distributed logging or tracing, Grafana or Prometheus, and dynamic product IT companies
