Responsibilities
•Operate AWS infrastructure, infrastructure-as-code, CI/CD, observability, and the on-call rotation
•Automate recurring operational work by building tooling, mostly in Go
Requirements
•Handle ambiguous problems in a structured way and identify root causes under pressure
•Have strong investigation, debugging, and problem-solving skills
•Learn quickly and be ready to take on new areas
•Have several years of hands-on experience operating production systems on AWS and Kubernetes, including on-call ownership
•Have working knowledge of AWS fundamentals, including VPC, IAM, EKS, and RDS
•Have practical experience with Terraform and a GitOps-style delivery workflow such as ArgoCD, Atlantis, or Flux
•Be comfortable writing code and have prior Go experience or willingness to learn it
•Have strong written and spoken English and the communication skills to drive design discussions across engineering, product, and security
•Be available for working-hour overlap with European time zones
