Responsibilities
•Independently conducting functional and system analysis of medium-complexity features in e-commerce projects and web and mobile solutions.
•Eliciting, clarifying, and documenting business and technical requirements, including non-functional requirements.
•Creating user stories and acceptance criteria, and preparing requirements and analytical materials for development teams.
•Modeling business processes, data flows, and integrations between systems using BPMN, UML, and API documentation.
•Collaborating with Product Owners, developers, QA testers, UX teams, and architects on solution design and requirements alignment.
•Using AI tools to support analytical work, including analyzing documentation and code, preparing requirements, and creating diagrams.
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst, preferably on web and mobile projects (iOS, Android).
•Practical knowledge of BPMN and UML, including sequence, activity, component, and use case diagrams.
•Experience analyzing and designing system integrations using REST API, JSON, and Swagger/OpenAPI documentation.
•Ability to translate business needs into functional and non-functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
•Knowledge of Jira, Confluence, and Figma, as well as Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum and Kanban.
•Experience conducting analytical workshops and communicating with stakeholders, as well as practical knowledge of AI tools that support analysis, for example, tools for analyzing documentation and code, and creating user stories and diagrams.
•English proficiency at a minimum B2 level.
Conditions
•Hybrid model from the office in Gdansk or Warsaw.
•Rate: System Analyst middle: 50-80 PLN net/hour/B2B.
•System Analyst senior: 80-100 PLN net/hour/B2B.
