About the Role
Join the team developing modern e-commerce solutions for web platforms and mobile applications. We are looking for a Business-System Analyst who will connect business needs with technical teams and translate requirements into solutions ready for implementation.
Responsibilities
•Collecting and analysing business requirements in collaboration with Product Owners and business stakeholders
•Translating business needs into functional and non-functional requirements in the form of epics, User Stories and acceptance criteria
•Modelling business processes using BPMN
•Creating analytical documentation and functional specifications
•Modelling solutions in UML (sequence, activity, component and use case diagrams)
•Analysing and documenting REST API-based integrations and data flows between systems
•Working with development, QA, UX and business teams at all stages of project delivery
•Taking part in refinements, workshops and clarifying requirements
•Ensuring consistency of solutions across web and mobile platforms
•Maintaining up-to-date and clear project documentation in Jira and Confluence
Requirements
•At least 3 years of experience as a System Analyst or Business-System Analyst
•Experience in projects delivered for web platforms and mobile applications
•Knowledge of REST API, JSON and tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI
•Very good knowledge of Jira and Confluence
•Ability to work with mock-ups and prototypes in Figma
•Experience working in Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban)
•Ability to facilitate workshops and communicate effectively with business and IT teams
•English proficiency at a minimum B2 level
•Ability to use AI tools in day-to-day analytical work
Nice to Have
•Experience in e-commerce or retail
•Knowledge of microservices architecture
•Experience with asynchronous integrations (Kafka, RabbitMQ)
•Ability to define non-functional requirements
•Knowledge of Enterprise Architect, PlantUML or draw.io
•Knowledge of the C4 model
•Basic knowledge of SQL
•Analytical certifications (IREB, IIBA)
Conditions
•700–850 PLN/day B2B
•3 months contract (with the possibility of extension)
