CrazyLabs is a top 3 mobile games publisher with over 7 billion downloads to date, and a worldwide leader in hyper-casual and casual games development, distribution, and innovation. We are looking for a talented and dynamic System Administrator Specialist to join our IT team.
Responsibilities
•Design, implement, and maintain secure and high-performing local and cloud networks, including LAN/WAN, VPNs, VLANs, routers, switches, and firewalls.
•Manage system administration across mixed OS environments, including Windows, Linux, and macOS.
•Oversee identity and access management, SSO, and cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, and Google Workspace.
•Ensure data redundancy, disaster recovery protocols, and routine backup schedules.
•Serve as an escalation point for complex Tier 2/3 technical issues, including root-cause analysis and long-term resolution.
•Provide professional, clear, and service-oriented support to end users, ensuring strong communication and SLA compliance.
•Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including hardware provisioning, software deployment, and access permissions.
•Document system configurations, network topology, standard operating procedures, and end-user guides.
•Identify opportunities to implement AI tools, automated agents, and AI-powered workflows to improve IT support and internal processes.
•Support secure adoption, governance, and provisioning of AI platforms within the company ecosystem.
•Build scripts and automations for repetitive system maintenance and administrative tasks.
•Implement and manage security measures, including endpoint protection, identity monitoring, and vulnerability scanning.
•Conduct regular security audits and threat assessments to identify and reduce risks.
•Support compliance with industry standards such as SOC 2 and GDPR, including maintaining relevant security documentation.
•Act as a key point of contact for security incident response and remediation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong technical knowledge, a service-oriented mindset, and the ability to take ownership while collaborating with teams around the globe.
