About the Role
The company's IT team supports and develops server infrastructure, ensures system stability, and maintains information security.
Responsibilities
•Administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and corporate services
•Support server, network, and cloud infrastructure
•Configure DNS, DHCP, Exchange, backup, and data recovery systems
•Monitor infrastructure, analyze logs, and respond to IT security incidents
•Manage user access, configure firewalls, and manage antivirus protection
•Update systems, audit vulnerabilities, and improve infrastructure fault tolerance
Requirements
•4+ years of experience in system administration, IT infrastructure, or IT security
•Strong proficiency in Windows Server administration, AD, GPO, and DNS/DHCP
•Knowledge of server hardware, networking technologies, and data center operations
•Hands-on experience with Backup & Recovery systems, infrastructure monitoring, and security
•Solid understanding of information security principles, access control, and data protection
•Higher education degree in IT or a related field
Nice to Have
•Experience in banking, MFOs, or FinTech
•Familiarity with Central Bank of Uzbekistan information security regulations
•Experience with cryptographic protection tools (SKZI), digital signatures (EDS), and Intrusion Prevention Systems (IPS)
