Responsibilities
•Design and install computer hardware configurations
•Install software and networking systems
•Troubleshoot network and software issues
•Install high-level software security systems
•Train staff on newly installed hardware and software systems
•Fix hardware, software, and networking issues
•Keep security software up to date
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
•Ability to install, configure, and maintain operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS), software, and network equipment
•Knowledge of hypervisor systems
•Knowledge of security concepts, including threat modeling, encryption, and access controls
•Analytical and problem-solving skills
