•Manage the company's participation in job fairs, university events, conferences, and employer-branding activities, ensuring a polished and professional company presence.
•Manage all event logistics, including venues, transportation, catering, accommodation, equipment, materials, schedules, suppliers, and participant communication.
•Collaborate with the HR team, managers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to create engaging and well-organized employee experiences.
•Support employee engagement, wellbeing, recognition, and company-culture initiatives with creative ideas and strong execution.
•Provide operational and administrative support for ongoing HR processes, while looking for smarter and more efficient ways to improve daily work.
•Maintain accurate documentation, calendars, participant lists, invoices, supplier details, budgets, and event records.
•Be present during events to ensure everything runs smoothly, handle last-minute changes, and stay calm and solution-oriented under pressure.
•Use AI tools to support planning, communication, content creation, organization, vendor research, and process improvement.
•Think outside the box and proactively suggest improvements, new ideas, and better ways to execute events and HR initiatives.
Requirements
•Previous experience in event coordination, HR operations, marketing, office/event management, or a similar hands-on coordination role.
•Strong planning, organization, time-management, and execution skills.
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
•Highly independent, proactive, and comfortable taking full ownership from idea to flawless execution.
•Ability to manage several activities simultaneously, including tight timelines and changing priorities.
•Strong attention to detail and a practical problem-solving approach.
•Confidence working with vendors, suppliers, and different stakeholders, including negotiation, follow-up, and quality control.
•Excellent written and spoken English.
•Flexibility to occasionally support events outside regular working hours.
•AI-oriented mindset and openness to using AI tools to improve efficiency, creativity, and execution quality.

•Gifts for holidays and special occasions — including birthdays, weddings, childbirth, Women's Day, Christmas, and more.
•Regular team gatherings and company events.
•Opportunity to work with the latest technologies.
•Technical and soft skills training to support growth.
•Competitive salary and a generous referral bonus program.
