Suurkliendi müügijuht (Key Account Sales Manager)
We are looking for a key account sales manager.
I am Asko Pukk and I lead Telia's subsidiary Green IT. We are looking for a sales manager to join our team who wants to grow with us.
Do you believe that a successful, multi-million-euro business and a sustainable mindset can go hand in hand?
Do you believe that Estonian and nearby-country companies can be encouraged to use their IT devices more smartly and in line with circular economy principles?
Do meetings with clients, uncovering their real needs and solving them, energize you?
If you answered yes three times, we'd like to get to know you!
Green IT helps both private and public sector organisations make IT device use smarter, more flexible and more sustainable. Our Device as a Service solution combines devices, financing, warranty and the entire device lifecycle management into one integrated service. This way we help clients make economically smart choices and use existing resources more responsibly.
The current four-person sales team's members have annual client portfolios reaching several million euros. At the same time, we are convinced we have only reached a part of the companies for whom our service would actually create value. Telia's broad client base gives a great starting point for realizing this potential, both in Estonia and in neighbouring countries.
Your impact
In this role, you will play an important part in growing Green IT's business and building long-term client relationships. Your main tasks:
•You find potential clients (from Telia's client base), confidently reach out to them, and consistently work towards sales meetings.
•You get a clear understanding of the client's business needs and together find ways how the Device as a Service solution can help the client better manage costs, risks and device fleet.
•You lead the entire sales process from first contact through agreement, contract signing and long-term cooperation.
•You notice the client's development over time and new needs, and develop existing client relationships.
•Together with other sales managers, you continuously participate in development work, test new approaches, use data, AI and automation, and propose how to achieve even better results together.
What will help you succeed in this role
•You have previously been successful in B2B in winning new clients and closing deals.
•Arranging meetings with IT managers, CFOs and other decision-makers, and having substantive conversations with them, gives you energy.
•You are interested in clients' business and needs, think along with them, and find substantive solutions together.
•You are independent in planning your sales activities and achieve results through consistent work.
•You have very good Estonian and English language skills and willingness to meet clients both in Estonia and in neighbouring countries.
•You are naturally open and eager to learn, happily try out new technologies, and have continuously made your sales work more effective over the years.
Why Green IT?
•With us you have the opportunity to grow, together with a strong sales team, a client portfolio reaching into the millions. Our management substantively supports both the company's and people's professional and personal development. There is room here for independence, ambition and initiative.
•Our advantage is the strength and client base of the Telia group combined with the flexibility of a small organisation to implement new ideas quickly. We continuously develop our sales processes and expect you to actively contribute ideas too.
•You can flexibly decide whether to work from our cool Telia Tallinn office or another office across Estonia, from a home office, or for 1 month a year from another country.
•You get to use Telia Sports Club facilities, internal company discounts, and extra vacation days.
The base salary for this position is 2000–3000 euros (gross), plus a monthly motivating performance bonus. The final base salary will be determined based on your skills, experience and overall fit for the position.
