The Role & The Team
As Store Manager (all genders) in Hamburg, you are responsible for the economic success and further development of the store. Together with the Area Management & Retail Team, you implement strategic decisions. You also ensure an optimal shopping experience and an ideal working atmosphere for your team of about 50 employees.

We'd Like To Get To Know You If…
•You bring several years of professional experience in retail as well as a completed commercial apprenticeship (or comparable position).
•You have experience leading and developing employees and managers, including feedback discussions, scheduling and vacation planning.
•You possess strong analytical understanding and can confidently evaluate relevant KPIs to derive targeted measures.
•Initiative, decisiveness and a structured way of working are among your strengths.
