About the role
We're looking for an enthusiastic Manager for our service station!
•Are you someone who isn't afraid to roll up your sleeves?
•Do you enjoy leading a team, taking responsibility, and at the same time working alongside your team on the shop floor?
•Do you already have solid leadership experience, preferably in the food service sector?
3 x Yes? Then you might be our new colleague!
What will you do?
As a Manager, you are the captain of the ship. Together with your Assistant Manager(s), you lead all activities at the station. You set the course and ensure everyone is on board and working towards the same goals. Your responsibilities include:

•Creating staff schedules and managing workforce planning
•Monitoring both customer satisfaction and the well-being of your team
•Ensuring the cleanliness and overall condition of the station (shop and forecourt), product availability on shelves, and an attractive presentation of the food corner
•Ensuring compliance with all procedures and applicable food safety standards
•Managing administrative follow-up, including orders, inventory management, and reporting, while also working operationally on the shop floor
•Ensuring that predefined KPIs and business objectives are achieved
In short: you're a Manager Coach who takes full responsibility while also leading by example and working alongside your team.
