About the role
Are you looking for an exciting internship in human resources at an international company? Would you like to take part in activities within a company that is fully in motion? Then become our new HR Intern. At Miele, you not only get the chance to put your theoretical knowledge into practice, but above all to gain daily practical experience within human resources. You will be fully integrated into the HR team of Miele Belux, who will use their experience to boost your professional development.
What you will do
During your internship you are fully part of the HR team of Miele Belux and are guided by experienced HR colleagues. You will handle various tasks within the HR field, such as keeping personnel files up to date, following up the general HR mailbox, onboarding, recruitment and offboarding. You also contribute to various projects, for example in the area of employer branding or learning and development. You have a lot of contact with colleagues internally and sometimes also with colleagues within our Western Europe cluster or the head office in Germany.

Who we are looking for
•Studying a Bachelor's/Graduate degree in Human Resources and looking for a hands-on internship of several weeks.
•Dares to take initiative and comes up with good ideas.
•Enjoys guiding a project from start to finish.
•Is sociable and energized by networking with colleagues.
•Speaks fluent Dutch (C1) and has a good level of French (B2) and English (B2).
Accessibility
Our head office is located in the industrial zone in Mollem (Asse). Own transportation is necessary.
