📍 Paphos, Cyprus — fully onsite
INEX Group is looking for a System Administrator / IT Support Engineer to join our team in Paphos.
This is a hands-on role combining day-to-day IT support with maintaining the smart office systems used across our workplaces.
What you'll do:
•Set up and support laptops, workstations, software and user accounts
•Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues
•Support Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
•Maintain and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, face recognition and video conferencing systems
•Provide onsite and remote support to employees
•Coordinate with vendors and service providers when needed
What we're looking for:
•Experience with Windows administration and computer hardware
•Basic networking knowledge (IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, Wi-Fi)
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach
•English is required; Russian and/or Greek would be an advantage
•Driving licence and own car are desirable
•Interest in technology and willingness to learn new systems
