Responsibilities
•Support consultants and senior members of the Dubai-based team
•Map out markets and headhunt candidates for the Middle East market
•Manage candidate communications
•Handle administration and database management
Requirements
•Knowledge of sourcing exceptional candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing channels
•Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
•Ability to follow instructions and work to tight deadlines
•A mature, positive outlook, curiosity, and willingness to learn about businesses and different industry sectors
•Technical aptitude and ability to use recruitment technologies, with a desire to keep learning and developing
Nice to have
•Previous experience hiring people into the Middle East market
•Experience in a fast-paced agency background
Conditions
•Monday to Friday, 8 am–4 pm CET
•20 Holiday days plus North Macedonian or UK bank holidays
