About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Front-End Developer with 5–8 years of expertise in Angular, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and related technologies. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable, user-centric web applications. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
•Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using Angular, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
•Leverage AI-assisted development tools and agentic technologies to improve development productivity, code quality, and engineering efficiency.
•Collaborate with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to implement UI/UX designs.
•Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and usability.
•Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
•Ensure application compatibility across various platforms, browsers, and devices.
•Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and mentor junior developers.
•Troubleshoot and debug front-end issues effectively.
•Stay updated with emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in front-end development.
Required Skills and Qualifications
•4–6 years of professional experience in front-end development, with expertise in Angular (v16+ preferred).
•Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
•Experience with CSS preprocessors (SASS, LESS) and frameworks like Bootstrap or TailwindCSS.
•Proficiency in AI-based development, with hands-on experience using AI coding assistants and LLM-based development tools.
•Understanding of AI agents and agentic development, with the ability to build and integrate agents capable of using tools, APIs, and executing multi-step workflows.
•Familiarity with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating front-end with backend services.
•Proficient in version control tools such as Git.
•Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
•Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Preferred Skills
•Experience with front-end testing frameworks (Jasmine, Karma, Cypress, etc.).
•Familiarity with Webpack or similar build tools.
•Exposure to accessibility (WCAG) best practices.
•Experience building AI agents or agentic applications that integrate with existing web applications and backend services.
•Good to have experience with Selenium or similar automation tools for end-to-end testing.
Location and Work Arrangement

•This role offers a balanced arrangement, with the expectation of working 3 days a week in the local office and the flexibility to work from home for the remaining days. It is essential that you reside within a reasonable commuting distance of the office location for the in-office workdays.
•Travel Expectations: 20% of travel Domestic/International only if business demands.
