Your Tasks
Our SAP consultants work primarily on national projects. They analyze problems and find solutions in customers' existing SAP landscapes. They improve SAP systems by implementing new functionalities and processes and implement new technologies and solutions in the SAP HCM environment.
•Consulting and application support in SAP HCM Payroll (PY-DE), as well as adjacent areas such as Personnel Administration (PA) and Time Management (PT)
•Conducting customer workshops, requirements analyses, and creating blueprints
•Creating cost estimates and proposals, supporting pre-sales activities
•Implementing concepts, responsibility for implementation and go-live
•(Partial) project management and consulting from planning to go-live and handover to operations
•Taking on tasks in application support for the above topics
What You Bring
•At least 5 years of professional experience in consulting, implementation and application support of complex HCM solutions with a focus on German payroll
•Very good technical understanding of personnel management contexts with a focus on payroll accounting and time evaluation (Germany), as well as basic knowledge of personnel administration
•Practical experience in migrating classic SAP HCM solutions to the new SAP world (S/4HANA, H4S4, SuccessFactors)
•Very good implementation knowledge in the payroll environment, good knowledge in the time management environment (including schemas and cycles)
•Experience in carve-out and migration projects
•Fluent written and spoken German and English
Nice to Have
•Knowledge in the areas of ESS/MSS and custom developments is desirable
