As a Senior Manager, Enterprise Change Management, you'll play a pivotal role in bringing this vision to life. You'll design and deliver transformational change experiences, partner with leaders across the business, and help shape the Genesys Way of Change that sets a new standard for how organizations lead change in an AI-First world.
What You'll Do
Design change experiences that help people thrive
•Design and deliver integrated, human-centered change experiences, strategies, and tactics that help employees, leaders, managers, and teams prepare for and thrive through enterprise transformation.
•Partner with business leaders and cross-functional teams to build organizational capability, accelerate adoption, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
Innovate the future of change
•Contribute to the design and evolution of the Genesys Way of Change, helping transform change into a strategic enterprise capability.
•Develop scalable methodologies, AI-enabled workflows, governance, and tools that automate routine work, elevate the employee experience, and enable change practitioners to focus on high-value activities.
•Continuously evolve change practices by leveraging AI, data, and emerging technologies to simplify, standardize, and scale how change is designed and delivered.
Drive change excellence
•Lead multiple enterprise change initiatives, managing priorities, plans, risks, dependencies, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
•Roll up your sleeves to deliver meaningful change every day while helping build the future of enterprise change—because creating what's next starts with practicing it today.
•Measure adoption, employee experience, and business outcomes, using insights to continuously improve change effectiveness and organizational capability.
Influence and enable leaders
•Coach leaders and managers to confidently lead change while building enterprise-wide change capability.
•Build trusted partnerships, influence strategic decisions, and mentor fellow practitioners to strengthen how Genesys leads change across the organization.
Compensation
This role has a market-competitive salary with an anticipated base compensation range listed below. Actual salaries will vary depending on a candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location. This role might also be eligible for a commission or performance-based bonus opportunities.
$134,600.00 - $236,800.00
