Russell Tobin is looking for an experienced Senior HR Business Partner / People Advisory Partner to work closely with senior leadership in a complex international organization.
What you'll do:
•Partner with senior leaders at Director level and above
•Advise on organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee relations, compensation and performance management
•Lead workforce and succession planning and talent development initiatives
•Support large-scale organizational change, restructuring, organizational design and transformation
•Work on M&A-related people initiatives and integrations
•Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence on global people programs and policies
•Support employee engagement and leadership development
•Ensure compliance with local employment legislation and corporate HR policies
What they're looking for:
•Significant experience as a Senior HRBP, People Partner or People Advisory professional
•8+ years of HR experience
•Experience partnering with senior and executive-level stakeholders
•Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR practices
•Experience with organizational transformation, restructuring or M&A
•Strong expertise in workforce planning, succession planning and organizational development
•Commercial mindset and data-driven approach
•Experience in complex, international and geographically distributed organizations
•Experience in tech, travel, e-commerce, insurance or fintech is a plus
