About the Role
Geos LLC, a US-based software company, is looking for an experienced engineer to join LeadBridge, an AI-powered SaaS platform for service businesses.
LeadBridge is already in production with paying customers. We're looking for a hands-on senior engineer who can take technical ownership, solve complex problems, improve AI reliability, and coordinate a small development team.
This is an opportunity to help build and scale an existing product, with meaningful ownership in its future.
Key Requirements
•Experience: 7+ years in software development preferred.
•Backend: Strong TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, asynchronous processing.
•Frontend: React, JavaScript/TypeScript.
•Database: PostgreSQL, SQL.
•Architecture: Production SaaS, complex integrations, scalability, and reliability.
•AI: Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools (Claude Code, Codex, Cursor).
•DevOps: CI/CD, automated testing, cloud infrastructure.
•Leadership: Ability to make independent technical decisions, review code, and coordinate other developers.
Nice to Have
•Voice AI, telephony, Twilio, RingCentral, or similar integrations.
•CRM integrations and multi-tenant SaaS.
•Experience in early-stage startups.

•Location: Remote, Europe preferred.
•Engagement: Full-time, long-term.
•Compensation: Below-market salary + equity in LeadBridge (subject to vesting).
•Language: Conversational English.
