Responsibilities
•Take technical ownership of the product and solve complex problems
•Improve AI reliability
•Coordinate a small development team
•Help build and scale the existing product
•Make independent technical decisions and review code
•Combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership
Requirements
•7+ years of software development experience preferred
•Strong TypeScript, Node.js, REST APIs, webhooks, and asynchronous processing
•Experience with React and JavaScript/TypeScript
•Experience with PostgreSQL and SQL
•Experience with production SaaS, complex integrations, scalability, and reliability
•Experience with LLM APIs, AI agents, and AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor
•Experience with CI/CD, automated testing, and cloud infrastructure
•Conversational English

•Voice AI, telephony, Twilio, RingCentral or similar integrations
•CRM integrations
•Multi-tenant SaaS
•Early-stage startup experience
