Position Details
•Job Title: .Net Full Stack Developer
•Function/Department: Technology
•Employment Type: Full-time
•Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore
Key Objective
We are looking for a Technical Lead with strong experience in C# development, technology standardization, and code quality. The role bridges hands-on engineering with technical governance — owning the standards, practices, and tooling that enable development teams to deliver robust, scalable, and secure software. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack, a strong DevSecOps mindset, and the communication skills to drive alignment with both technical and business stakeholders — balancing hands-on contribution with leadership responsibilities: reviewing code, mentoring developers, driving architectural decisions, and engaging with cross-functional teams.
Major Duties and Responsibilities
•Evaluate suitability of new technologies and build internal knowledge by conducting implementation studies, Proof of Concepts, and Minimum Viable Products (MVPs)
•Standardize: define conditions for the usage of the technology (coding practices, processes, patterns, delivery models, tools)
•Implement: drive the implementation with internal development teams and external vendors
•Manage the technology lifecycle: evaluation, adoption, deprecation, and retirement
•Conduct regular code quality reviews and enforce adherence to engineering standards and development processes
•Drive quality initiatives including unit testing adoption, design pattern standards, and code review practices
•Communicate activities and achievements to stakeholders
•Document solutions, technical decisions, and architecture in clear, maintainable formats
Architecture, Security & DevSecOps
•Produce Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) for significant technical decisions, documenting rationale and alternatives considered
•Embed security thinking into every phase of development — applying OWASP Top 10 principles, secure coding practices, and vulnerability scanning in CI/CD pipelines
•Design and optimise CI/CD pipelines: build processes, deployment gating, environment promotion, and rollback strategies
Technical Skills (Preferred)
•Languages: C#, PowerShell
•Server side Technologies: ASP.NET, ASP.NET Core MVC, .NET Core, Web API, ADO.NET, LINQ, Entity Framework, NHibernate, WCF, RESTful Services, Azure cloud, .NET Unit Tests, MOQ, Fakes, NUnit
•Client Side Technologies: JavaScript, jQuery, Angular (v2+), HTML5, CSS, Less/Sass, Webpack / Vite, SinonJS, Jest, Responsive web design
•Databases: SQL and CosmosDB
•Tools: Visual Studio, SQL Management Studio, Fiddler, Postman, Browser developer tools, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, JIRA, Swagger
•Version Control Tools: Git
•Build and Deployment Tools: Visual Studio Deployments, Azure DevOps Pipelines, GitHub Actions, Docker, Kubernetes
Experience
•8+ years' experience in C# software development
•Minimum 2–3 years in a Technical Lead or equivalent role, with direct responsibility for engineering quality and team outcomes
•Excellent knowledge of software design and architecture
•Test-driven development (TDD)
•Experience with message-driven architectures (e.g. Azure Service Bus, RabbitMQ)
•Demonstrate expertise in the following Microsoft technologies:
•.NET technologies (C#, ASP.NET, Entity Framework)
•Azure PaaS or AWS cloud
•MS SQL
•Azure DevOps
•Experience in Angular (v2+)
•Experience designing and owning CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps Pipelines or GitHub Actions
•Security mindset with hands-on experience applying OWASP Top 10, secrets management, and secure API authentication (OAuth2, JWT)
•Experience mentoring and coaching developers at all levels; ability to tailor guidance to individual development needs
•Proven experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery teams, contributing to sprint planning, backlog refinement, and retrospectives
Personal Attributes
•Fluent in written and spoken English
•Outstanding communication and presentation abilities
•Self-directed with strong organisational skills
