About the Role
You will engineer and support Microsoft and Azure workplace platforms across on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments. You will lead technical projects and incident investigations, automate operational services, maintain platform roadmaps, and mentor engineers.
Requirements
•Extensive experience in a senior Microsoft infrastructure, platform, or cloud engineering role
•Expert knowledge of Microsoft 365 services
•Experience with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, and hybrid identity
•Advanced Windows Server administration knowledge
•Experience with Exchange Online and hybrid Exchange environments
•Experience designing and supporting enterprise Azure services
•Knowledge of Conditional Access, MFA, Microsoft Defender, and Zero Trust
•Advanced PowerShell scripting and automation capability
•Experience with Intune and Windows Autopilot
•Experience delivering complex technical projects and migrations
•Technical documentation and stakeholder communication skills
Responsibilities
•Provide engineering, design, implementation, and operational support for Microsoft platforms
•Own the technical roadmap and lifecycle management of workplace technologies
•Design and support Azure infrastructure services
•Lead Azure Virtual Desktop design, deployment, and operations
•Engineer identity and access management solutions
•Modernise Microsoft infrastructure services
•Develop automation and self-service capabilities
•Lead critical incident investigations and root cause analysis
•Maintain monitoring, recovery processes, and service documentation
•Partner on compliance, regulatory, and security requirements
•Act as a senior technical escalation point
•Mentor engineers and promote best practices
•Evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies
