What you will do
•Design scalable AI architecture for applications across the organisation.
•Build and prototype AI systems, including data pipelines, retrieval architectures, model integration, and agent orchestration.
•Develop APIs and integration patterns for AI capabilities across products and internal systems.
•Contribute to model selection, evaluation, governance, and AI model strategy.
•Build evaluation frameworks to measure system quality, reliability, and safety.
•Embed security, compliance, auditability, architectural standards, and technical best practices into AI systems.
Requirements
•5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Machine Learning Engineering, or AI Architecture.
•Hands-on experience designing and building AI systems end-to-end.
•Strong understanding of modern AI architecture, including data pipelines, retrieval systems, model integration, and deployment.
•Experience building software in enterprise or regulated environments.
•Understanding of AI security, governance, compliance, and auditability.
•Experience contributing to architectural decisions and technical standards.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to work across technical and business teams.
Nice to have
•Experience in financial services, digital identity, or fraud detection.
•Experience with AI agents, LLM orchestration, or agentic AI architecture.
•Experience with AI evaluation frameworks and production model monitoring.
•Knowledge of data protection and financial services regulations.
