The Role
•You steer international SAP S/4HANA projects in the Supply Chain Management / Logistics area, from planning through rollout to successful implementation, keeping an eye on deadlines, resources and project goals
•Depending on your area of focus, you accompany SAP rollouts in our sales companies or production plants and ensure that the solutions fit the respective business processes
•Together with the business departments, you further develop existing SAP templates and ensure that new requirements are sensibly incorporated into our global standards
•In close coordination with development, system integration and other interfaces, you coordinate implementation and resolve challenges before they endanger project progress
•As the central point of contact for your projects, you bring different interests together, make technical decisions and regularly coordinate with overall project management
•With a clear view of dependencies, risks and priorities, you ensure that even complex rollout and release projects progress in a structured way
What Convinces Us
•You have a completed degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration, Logistics or Production Engineering and bring a good understanding of complex business processes
•You have solid experience leading complex SAP projects and know how to successfully bring together different departments and interests
•You know your way around SAP S/4HANA and the SD and MM modules and understand how business processes interact across individual system boundaries
•Ideally, you have already accompanied SAP rollouts in international sales companies or production environments and know the challenges of one of these two areas
•Even with complex topics, you keep an overview, structure your projects independently and set clear priorities when multiple requirements arise simultaneously
•In collaboration with various stakeholders, you communicate clearly, represent your position and find solutions that work both technically and organizationally
•Very good English skills help you with international collaboration; German skills are also important, and experience with SAP Transportation Management or related transport solutions is a plus
