Where you belong
SAP Labs in Brno is a global development centre with a focus on enterprise finance and business applications. This role starts in February 2027. You'll work on real engineering and AI challenges in a collaborative, international environment. Requirements
•You're an active university student in software development or a related field. You adapt well to new challenges and bring fresh thinking to technical problems.
•Active enrollment in a university degree programme, with at least one year of studies remaining at the start of the internship
•Sound knowledge of at least one object-oriented programming language
•Proficient algorithmic thinking and a structured approach to problem-solving
•Customer orientation — connecting your work to real user and business needs
•A collaborative approach to working in international, cross-functional teams
•Clear, confident communication in English — written and spoken
•Any hands-on exposure to AI agents — through coursework, projects, or internships
•Fluency in English, written and spoken, is required for this role
•Openness to working with AI tools — including agentic AI — to automate everyday tasks, prototype ideas, and build confidence in AI-assisted ways of working from day one
