Responsibilities
•Design, develop and maintain scalable backend services using Python
•Build and evolve event-driven architectures on AWS
•Develop new features for Atenea, ensuring quality, performance and maintainability
•Participate in architectural decisions and technical design
•Optimize processes, integrations and high-volume data flows
•Collaborate with the product team to turn business needs into technical solutions
•Maintain quality standards through testing, code reviews and development best practices
•Contribute to the continuous improvement of infrastructure, observability and deployment processes
Requirements
•4+ years of experience developing backend applications with Python
•Experience working with distributed and event-driven architectures
•Solid knowledge of API design, service integration and scalable software development
•Experience with AWS and serverless services (Lambda, SQS, EventBridge or similar)
•Experience working with NoSQL databases, preferably DynamoDB
•Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform) and CI/CD processes
•Ability to write clean, maintainable and well-documented code
•Analytical mindset, product orientation and ability to solve complex problems
•Good communication and teamwork skills
Nice to have
•Experience in SaaS environments or high-growth technology products
•Knowledge of observability, monitoring and application performance
•Experience working with agile methodologies
•Interest in logistics, automation and process optimization
