Responsibilities
•Participate in the implementation of SAP projects
•Assist with business requirements analysis and Fit-Gap analysis
•Support end users and troubleshoot issues
•Assist in preparing project documentation, including Blueprints, Functional Specifications, User Instructions, and Test Scenarios
•Participate in data migration, reporting, and integration tasks
•Support end-user training and prepare documentation
•Collaborate with senior SAP business consultants and IT teams to ensure smooth system operation
Requirements
•Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field
•Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes
•Good understanding of the banking and finance industry
•Proficiency in English and Russian
•Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
•Creative and analytical thinking, stress resistance, and ability to work within deadlines
•Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
•Ability to work in a fast-changing, dynamic, and evolving environment
Nice to have
•Experience in banking or financial systems
•Knowledge of SAP ERP systems
•SAP certifications
•Knowledge of IFRS, ACCA, or other certifications
