As an Agentforce + Data Cloud Success Architect, you will play a crucial role in driving successful outcomes for strategic customers by leveraging technical expertise in data and analytics.
Data Cloud supports seamless integration with Salesforce Marketing, Sales, and Service Clouds, enabling Customer 360 use cases. By unifying customer data across all touchpoints, it powers hyper-personalized experiences and real-time decision-making that maximize customer lifetime value.
Additionally, Data Cloud is the foundation of Agentforce, centralizing and harmonizing enterprise data to enable real-time, intelligent decision-making. This lets Agentforce deliver context-aware AI automation, personalized customer interactions, and predictive insights.
What You'll Actually Be Doing
•Be a trusted Agentforce + Data Cloud subject-matter expert for the Success Architect organization, driving thought leadership through mentoring and knowledge sharing
•Engage with Signature and Strategic customers to recommend optimization strategies for technical architecture, dev/ops, performance, and solution design, and identify capability gaps and creative Architect solutions
•Facilitate and influence Executive stakeholders and build strong internal and external partnerships, running playbooks from the Success Architect engagement catalog to align technology strategy to business value and ROI
•Lead enterprise success strategy with an AI First mindset, using Einstein, Agentforce, and generative AI for executive-level deliverables and portfolio insights, and define standards, playbooks, and governance for AI tool usage with CS leadership
You're Our Person If...
•Minimum 8 years proven experience in enterprise consulting implementing enterprise software solutions in the Analytics/CDP spaces, including a minimum of 2 Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP + AI implementation lifecycles
•Deep understanding of data modeling, integration architectures, and data governance, with a proven ability to guide customers through migration to and optimization of Agentforce + Data Cloud while upholding Data Ethics and Privacy
•Deep, demonstrated AI First experience in a senior or strategic customer-facing role with Einstein, Agentforce, or equivalent platforms, plus excellent communication and consultative skills to translate technical concepts and AI insights into executive-ready narratives, business value, and ROI
•Degree or equivalent experience required. Experience evaluated based on the strengths you’ll need for the role (e.g. proven behaviors in previous jobs such as extracurricular leadership roles, military experience, volunteer roles, work experience, etc.)
Even Better If...
•Experience in a consulting/implementation Partner for Data Cloud/CDP, or implementing Salesforce Clouds and multi-cloud scenarios (Sales, Service, Industries, Marketing or Commerce)
•Experience with large data and Customer Data platforms such as Snowflake, Databricks, AWS, Google Cloud Storage/Big Query, Azure, Segment, Tealium, Adobe Experience Platform, Amperity, or Treasure Data
•Familiar with at least one Salesforce Architecture Domain: Integration, Access and Identity Management, Data Architecture, Sharing and Visibility, Declarative and APEX Development
•Experience in programming languages such as Python, Java, .Net, SQL
