What you will do
•Elicit, analyze, and validate business requirements with business, IT, and management stakeholders.
•Translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices.
•Lead and coordinate the implementation lifecycle from requirements and design through development, testing, and deployment.
•Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring communication and alignment.
•Provide guidance on Salesforce capabilities, architecture decisions, CRM strategy, and continuous improvement.
•Prepare solution and process documentation, facilitate knowledge transfer, and support long-term solution sustainability.
Requirements
•At least 2 years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Consultant.
•Strong expertise in business analysis, requirements engineering, and stakeholder management.
•Salesforce Certified Business Analyst certification.
•Solid understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and ecosystems.
•Experience translating complex business requirements into technical solutions.
•Familiarity with the Salesforce implementation lifecycle and delivery methodologies.
•Upper-Intermediate English or above.
Nice to have
•Proven project experience supported by references.
•Ability to work in a client-facing role in an international environment.
•Willingness to participate in on-site activities when required.
•Additional Salesforce certifications, such as Platform App Builder, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Data Cloud, or Tableau.
•Advanced German or above.
