FullFlat provides complete furnishing solutions for empty apartments in the UAE, including furniture, lighting, decor, accessories, and home essentials.
What you will do
•Communicate with clients through phone, WhatsApp, email, and CRM in English.
•Process inbound leads and inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, and perform cold calls and follow-ups.
•Support existing clients throughout the sales and project process.
•Prepare quotations, commercial offers, and invoices.
•Upsell additional products and services to increase average order value.
•Manage deals, tasks, and payments in Bitrix24 while coordinating with design and operations teams.
Requirements
•Excellent English at C1–C2 level is mandatory.
•Experience in sales, customer support, account management, or business development.
•Experience with CRM systems; Bitrix24 experience is an advantage.
•Confident communication, objection handling, negotiation, and trust-building skills.
•Comfort with high-volume calls, daily outreach, cold calling, and follow-ups.
•Self-discipline, independence, and a customer-oriented mindset in a remote environment.
Nice to have
•Russian language proficiency.
