About the role
As an RF Systems Engineer you play an important role across the entire product development chain, from early concept studies and implementation proposals to system work, integration, verification and final production.
You work with advanced RF systems and are responsible for translating complex technical requirements into feasible solutions. Depending on your experience, you will work either as an RF Subsystem Designer with a focus on design and development, or as an RF Subsystem Owner with broader overall technical responsibility, driving technical choices and coordinating the work within the subsystem.
The work involves many points of contact and close collaboration with colleagues across different technical areas. You work independently while being an integrated part of cross-functional development teams in several parallel projects. The role suits someone who thrives in an innovative environment where technology, quality and collaboration are the focus.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in RF technology and system design, driven to solve technically complex challenges.
We believe you have:
•Relevant university education, for example a degree in electrical engineering, engineering physics, or a related field with an RF focus.
•Interest in system design and an understanding of the interplay between different technical areas.
•A structured way of working and the ability to document technical solutions clearly.
•Good analytical ability and a solution-oriented approach.
•Good communication skills in Swedish and English.
For a senior level, we would also like you to have:
•Several years of experience in antenna and microwave design.
•Experience with requirements breakdown, system work and technical trade-offs.
•Practical experience with integration and verification work in a lab environment, including instrument handling and data analysis.
•Good knowledge of Matlab, HFSS and ADS.
•Experience driving technical issues and taking overall responsibility for complex RF systems.
