Recruitment Consultant - Temps Desk
Location: Harrow – 5-minute walk from Harrow on the Hill station, brand-new offices
Salary: £29,000+ for trainees & £32,000+ for experienced candidates – plus uncapped bonus
Pay Range: Up to £35,500 (DOE) plus uncapped bonus
Experience Level: Open to trainees with strong B2B sales backgrounds

We're growing fast following recent organisational changes and the opening of our brand-new office in Harrow. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven, ambitious sales professional to run a fast-paced temps desk putting short-term workers into bookings.

What You'll Be Doing
•Winning new business across commercial and generalist roles
•Building long-term client partnerships through outbound calls, BD, networking, and market mapping
•Managing end-to-end recruitment processes
•Visiting clients regularly across the Uxbridge patch (driving required)
•Representing the Reed brand in a region with big growth plans
