Reed is looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our successful Business Support team in Belfast.
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced recruiter looking to build on their success within an established market, or for a highly motivated sales professional who thrives on building relationships, winning business, and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll join a high-performing and successful team with a strong reputation in the local market, where collaboration, ambition and customer service excellence are at the heart of what we do. This role is office-based 4 days per week, with 1 day working from home.

What You'll Be Doing
•Managing the full 360° recruitment process from business development through to placement
•Developing and growing your Business Support client base across Belfast and the surrounding area
•Building relationships with new and existing clients
•Conducting client meetings, networking and business development activity
•Sourcing, interviewing and managing candidates throughout the recruitment journey
•Generating new business opportunities through outbound sales activity and market mapping
•Delivering an exceptional service to both clients and candidates
•Working closely with colleagues across Reed to maximise opportunities and provide comprehensive recruitment solutions
