Recruitment Consultant - Commerce & Industry
Location: Cardiff CF10 2HH
Salary: Up to £35,500 depending on recruitment experience + uncapped bonus paid every 4 weeks

Reed Cardiff is excited to offer an opportunity for a Recruitment Consultant to develop and grow our Commerce & Industry desk across Cardiff and South Wales.
Working alongside our established Public Sector & Charity team, you'll focus on building relationships with commercial organisations throughout the region, supporting clients with their recruitment needs across a range of business support and operational roles. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced recruiter or sales professional looking to build a specialist market with the backing of one of the UK's most recognised recruitment brands.
About the role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll manage the full 360 recruitment process, partnering with clients and candidates across the Commerce & Industry market.

Key responsibilities
•Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from vacancy qualification through to placement
•Developing relationships with new and existing commercial clients
•Identifying and securing new business opportunities
•Sourcing, interviewing and placing high-quality candidates
•Delivering excellent client and candidate experiences
•Building a profitable and sustainable recruitment desk
•Working collaboratively with colleagues across complementary specialisms

•Previous recruitment, sales or business development experience
•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
•Strong commercial awareness
•Self-motivated and target-driven approach
•Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
