Задачи:
•Support full-cycle recruitment across several plants
•Hire operators and technical workers
•Assist with white-collar and technical recruitment
•Partner with plant managers and HRBPs on hiring needs
•Build candidate pipelines and participate in employer branding
•Contribute to improving recruitment processes
Требования:
•1–3 Years of experience
•Learn quickly and be able to grow into an independent recruiter
•Communicate comfortably with candidates and plant teams
•Strong organizational skills and a proactive attitude
•Proficient in English
•Nice to have: manufacturing or automotive experience, a bachelor's degree
