Responsibilities
•Test VoIP features, enhancements, and bug fixes on real iOS and Android devices across network conditions, audio routes, and device configurations
•Validate speaker, wired, Bluetooth, and CarPlay audio functionality
•Test language and RTL experiences, including Arabic, as well as interruptions and background scenarios
•Identify edge cases and complex issues affecting call quality or user experience
•Execute release regression testing with Zephyr and provide QA sign-off for assigned test areas
•Maintain test cases as features and requirements evolve; retest issues and verify fixes before release
•Create detailed, reproducible Jira bug reports with reproduction steps, build and environment information, device details, logs, screenshots or videos, and expected versus actual behavior
•Work with developers to investigate, prioritize, and resolve issues
•Re-verify fixes on release builds and in production
•Investigate production issues, analyze crash reports with Firebase Crashlytics, review client logs and call-quality dashboards, and help identify root causes
•Monitor and investigate issues affecting call quality and reliability
•Contribute to developing and maintaining automated testing frameworks
•Write and maintain API tests using Python/pytest
•Contribute to UI and audio/video automation and support CI/CD testing through GitHub Actions
•Identify opportunities to automate repetitive manual testing
•Test AI-powered communication features, validating functionality, conversation flows, and user interactions
•Use AI tools to improve testing efficiency and accelerate QA workflows
Requirements
•At least 3 years of hands-on QA experience testing native mobile applications
•Experience testing iOS and Android on real devices
•Experience testing VoIP, voice/video calling, real-time communication, streaming, or social applications
•Strong understanding of mobile testing challenges, including audio routing, network changes, background states, permissions, device interruptions, and call quality
•Strong test design and defect reporting skills
•Ability to explain issue impact and severity clearly and advocate for appropriate prioritization
•Hands-on test automation experience, including writing and maintaining automated tests
•Experience with Appium, Playwright, Selenium, Python/pytest, JavaScript, or similar automation tools
•Experience with Jira and a test management platform such as Zephyr or TestRail
•Strong spoken and written English
•Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent releases
Nice to have
•Testing AI, LLM, or voice-agent features; prompt validation, hallucination testing, and conversational flow testing
•Network simulation and media-quality testing, including packet loss, latency, MOS, and frame rate
•CI/CD, particularly GitHub Actions or GitLab CI; Git
•Reading iOS and Android logs using Xcode, Android Studio, or ADB
•Analyzing mobile crash reports
•Arabic language skills or RTL testing experience
•Testing real-time audio/video products at scale

•The role is on-site at the Tbilisi office
•Work on a product handling millions of calls every day
•Work in a fast-moving engineering environment with a two-week release cycle
•QA plays a key role in release sign-off and quality decisions
•Exposure to modern QA tooling, including an in-house QA AI platform and AI-assisted testing
•Collaborate with engineering and QA teams across Tbilisi and Abu Dhabi
•Work in the same time zone as the core team (GMT+4)
