What you will do
•Lead the quality engineering strategy and technical direction for a high-load fintech platform.
•Design, implement, and maintain scalable test automation frameworks for web, API, and mobile applications.
•Integrate automated testing and quality gates into CI/CD pipelines.
•Define approaches for performance, load, security, and scalability testing.
•Establish organization-wide testing standards, metrics, and best practices aligned with security and industry compliance.
•Mentor Quality Engineers and SDETs and use KPIs and test analytics to improve testing effectiveness and coverage.
Requirements
•More than 6 years of professional experience.
•Strong proficiency with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, RestAssured, Appium, or comparable test automation tools.
•Working knowledge of Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and cloud-based testing infrastructure.
•Programming or scripting experience with Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, or C#.
•Understanding of AI principles, AI guards, and MCP.
•Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and cross-functional communication skills.
Nice to have
•ISTQB Advanced or Expert Level certification.
