Location
Minsk, Belarus. Hybrid schedule: the first 3 months are fully office-based, followed by 3 days in the office and 2 remote days per week.

What you will do
•Develop, maintain, and optimize mobile applications with React Native.
•Build reusable UI components and complex features, integrating Swift/SwiftUI on iOS and Kotlin/Jetpack Compose on Android.
•Integrate REST and GraphQL APIs, third-party services, local storage, caching, and offline-first functionality.
•Implement automated unit, integration, and end-to-end testing with Detox, Appium, and Jest.
•Monitor production systems, troubleshoot issues, improve performance, and contribute to CI/CD and release automation.
•For senior candidates: lead architecture, define standards and testing strategies, identify risks, review code, and mentor mobile developers.
Requirements
•3–5 years of mobile development experience for mid-level candidates or 5+ years for senior candidates.
•Strong React Native experience and understanding of native iOS and Android integration points.
•Experience with Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin/Jetpack Compose, APIs, third-party services, local storage, and mobile performance optimization.
•Experience with mobile CI/CD, deployment automation, automated testing, and app store operations.
•Understanding of accessibility, UX/UI standards, responsive design, REST, GraphQL, caching, and offline-first strategies.
•Ability to work in the Minsk office during the initial probation period and follow the subsequent hybrid schedule.
